Our Vision

We've been established since 1994. Our company was born with the purchase of a single duplex in Cottonwood Heights. The long-term goal was to purchase properties in key locations that are highly desirable. Our vision from the beginning has always been to provide housing that residents can be proud of. We believe where a person lives is their home and we aim to make that home the best place possible for our residents. Our desire is for our residents to stay with us indefinitely until they choose to buy a home for themselves.

As such, our real estate portfolio includes one bedroom units, two bedroom units and three bedroom units. Our vision is to offer our residents mobility to move into larger or smaller units as they deem necessary. 

Considering the goals of our company, our property management team is the best in the industry. An important ingredient to our business model is that we care about our resident’s happiness. Through innovation and creativity, our property management team has been able to adapt and stay ahead of industry averages.
